The Cisco QSFP-40G-SR4 is a 40 Gigabit Ethernet QSFP+ optic that drives four 10G lanes over parallel multimode fiber via an MPO-12 connector, reaching up to 100m on OM3 and 150m on OM4. It supports native 40G operation as well as 4x10GE breakout, a common building block for aggregation and migration in established data centers.
