Staging, integration & configuration

Cisco staged, configured, and kitted before it ships.

Warehouse staging, pre-configuration to the validated design, asset tagging and serialization, burn-in testing, and per-site kitting, drop-shipped to each location so install days are fast, predictable, and low risk.

The problem we solve

Equipment that lands raw at the loading dock turns install day into a configuration scramble. Uniqcli receives the hardware in our warehouse, images and configures every unit to the validated design, tags and serializes each asset, runs burn-in to catch DOA gear before it travels, and kits the right equipment per site. Each location gets a labeled, tested, ready-to-rack box, all of it tracked back to the same quote-ready Cisco bill of materials that Uniqcli validates and deploys.

What staging and integration covers

01

Warehouse staging & receiving

We receive, inventory, and reconcile every Cisco unit against the bill of materials in our facility, so nothing ships short or mismatched.

02

Pre-configuration to design

Catalyst switches, access points, and UCS gear are imaged and configured to your validated golden templates before they leave the building.

03

Asset tagging & serialization

Each device is asset-tagged and serialized into an inventory record, giving you a clean audit trail for property accountability and warranty.

04

Burn-in & kitting per site

Units are powered up and burn-in tested to catch early failures, then kitted by location with cables, optics, and mounts in one labeled box.

How staging and integration works

STEP 01

Receive & reconcile

Hardware arrives at our warehouse and is checked in, inventoried, and reconciled line by line against the validated Cisco bill of materials.

Receive & reconcile
STEP 02

Configure & serialize

We image and pre-configure each unit to the design's golden templates, then asset-tag and serialize it into a tracked inventory record.

STEP 03

Burn-in & test

Every device is powered up and burn-in tested so DOA and infant-mortality failures are found in our lab, not on your install day.

STEP 04

Kit & drop-ship

Equipment is kitted per site with its cables, optics, and mounts, labeled, then drop-shipped to each location ready to rack.

Frequently asked

Why pre-configure and stage instead of doing it on site?

On-site configuration stretches install days and exposes you to DOA gear with no fallback. Staging moves imaging, testing, and kitting into a controlled warehouse, so the only work left at the location is racking, cabling, and a quick validation.

How does asset tagging and serialization help us?

Every device ships with an asset tag and a recorded serial number tied to its site and the bill of materials. That gives you a clean audit trail for property accountability, warranty claims, and Smartnet registration without a separate inventory pass.

What is burn-in testing and why does it matter?

Burn-in powers each unit up and runs it under load before it ships, catching dead-on-arrival and early-life failures in our lab. Replacing a bad unit on a warehouse bench is fast and cheap, finding it during a cutover is neither.

Can you drop-ship kits to multiple sites at once?

Yes. We kit equipment per location with its cables, optics, and mounts, label each box, and drop-ship directly to each site with tracking. Multi-site rollouts arrive coordinated so install teams open one box and start racking.
