The PWR-C1-715WAC-P is a 715-watt AC, Platinum-efficiency power supply for Catalyst 9300 and 9300X switches. It is the default supply on several non-UPOE 9300 models and serves as a field-replaceable spare or a second supply for redundancy in production stacks.
The Platinum rating lowers operating power cost and heat, and the module is hot-swappable so a failed or upgraded supply can be replaced without taking the switch offline. Paired in a chassis, two supplies provide N+1 power redundancy or additional PoE budget headroom.
