Supported through Feb 28, 2027The Nexus 7018 was an 18 slot modular chassis used for large scale data center core and aggregation deployments. Cisco's bulletin lists the Nexus 9516, with 16 line card slots, as the replacement chassis. Customers with 7018 deployments should size the 9516 migration around available line card slot count, since the two chassis are not a one to one slot match.
