The STACK-T1-50CM is a 50-centimeter Type-1 data stack cable used to connect Catalyst 9300 and 9300X switches into a StackWise data stack. It is the standard cable option for stacking adjacent switches in the same rack, carrying StackWise-480 bandwidth on 9300 SKUs and StackWise-1T speeds across 9300X SKUs.
Stacking lets multiple physical switches operate and be managed as a single logical unit, simplifying configuration, increasing port density, and enabling resiliency. The short 50cm length is sized for switches mounted directly on top of one another.
